What is BJJ?
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling based martial art that involves controlling your opponent and working for submissions. You will learn how to defend yourself and use leverage to reverse the position and counterattack. You will learn how to manipulate your opponent to obtain a dominant position.

BJJ can be modified for all ages and body types and is very adaptable.
